NEW DELHI, INDIA — India’s Parliament is preparing for a significant three-day session beginning April 16, focusing on the implementation of the Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam, a landmark 2023 legislation aimed at reserving one-third of seats in the Lok Sabha and state assemblies for women.
